One hour · One real conversation · Zero scrolling

I’m not here to fix you. Let’s chat.

And through that, we get a little more clear. Today, then tomorrow.

This is the Connection & Clarity Call. One hour, you and me, about anything: your screen, your week, philosophy, your cousin’s birthday party. I’m not a therapist. I’m not a coach. I’m easy to talk to, and for one full hour, neither of us will be scrolling. That’s the product. It works every time.

“What’s this all about?” “You tell me, man. Why are you here?”

Be honest about last night

You know exactly how the evening goes.

The day ends. You’re tired, you’re hot with emotion, and the phone is right there. So you spend two, three hours taking in other people’s energy, because that’s all content is, other people’s focused energy, and you go to bed feeling worse than when you sat down.

You’ve tried things. The detox. The blockers. The dumb phone. The “not tonight.” Nothing wrong with any of it. It just doesn’t stick. And here’s the part nobody says out loud: it doesn’t stick because you’re doing it alone. You’re not weak. You’re lonely. Most of us are.

And you can’t keep handing this to the people closest to you. They’ve got their own screens, their own evenings, their own weight to carry. That’s the strange gift of a stranger: it’s easier to talk to one. It just is.

You signed up for one reason: connection. Instead, you became the product.

It’s almost embarrassingly simple

Four things happen. That’s it.

  1. 1.

You book an hour. One link, one payment, pick your time. Ten seconds. No intake form asking how many hours you scroll. I don’t care, mine’s worse.

  2. 2.

We talk about anything. Philosophy. Your week. The thing you keep watching at midnight. Your cousin’s birthday party. There’s no agenda and no script, because neither of us can fix the other one. That’s not on the table. A real conversation is.

  3. 3.

Neither of us scrolls. That’s the whole trick, and I’m not even hiding it. Two people in a real conversation don’t reach for their phones. For one hour, you’re out of the machine. When’s the last time that happened?

  4. 4.

You leave a pinch clearer. Not with a plan. Not with homework. Just clearer: about your screen, your evening, maybe a bit of your life. I can’t fully explain why it works. It just does, every time, and it’s the reason this whole thing exists.

An addict for life. Easy to talk to, so I’m told.

Your host, unfortunately

I’m Tim. I’m not the doctor. There is no doctor.

Quick resume: I’m not a therapist, not a coach, not a guru, and not clean. Hand me a remote and I’m a lost cause. I will watch the entire season. I’ve been chewing on this problem since 2006, when the phones showed up and I watched everybody disappear into them, and then eventually I watched me disappear into mine.

So no, I’m not the surgeon who saves you. I’m in the hospital with you. Think of the best version of AA you can imagine, but for the digital life: nobody’s cured, nobody’s pretending to be, and somehow that’s exactly why it works. We can’t fix each other. We can chat. And through that, inadvertently, every single time, we both get a little more clear.

Real calls, real people

The first person who ever called was 65.

Her name is Jocelyn. She’s in Australia. She wasn’t cool, and neither am I, and it was one of the most beautiful conversations I’ve had in years. That call is why this page exists. This isn’t for the 25-year-olds with the right sneakers. It’s for them too, but it’s also for your dad, your brother, the people at church, and everybody else with a computer in their pocket and a fog in their head.

Everybody answers yes. Every single person I’ve asked, “is there something you can’t stop watching?” says yes. The farmer watches farming videos. You’d never guess your own answer is that obvious, but it is. Come tell me what yours is.

Is this call for you?

Book the hour if this sounds familiar.

  • Your evenings keep disappearing into a screen, and you’re tired of how it feels at midnight.
  • You’ve tried the detoxes and the blockers and the “not tonight,” and none of it stuck.
  • You keep meaning to call somebody, and you never do.
  • You’re lonelier than the people around you know.
  • You’d trade one hour of scrolling for one hour of being human with someone. That’s literally the deal on this page.

The Clear Hour Guarantee

The Clear Hour Guarantee

If your hour didn’t leave you even a pinch clearer, tell me at the end of the call. Full $49 refund, no questions, no awkwardness. I can afford to say that because in all the calls I’ve done, one hour of real connection without scrolling hasn’t missed yet.

01

You book the hour.

Some evening this week, you sit across from another human being, off the machine, and talk about real things for sixty straight minutes. You go to bed a pinch clearer. Tomorrow you’re a pinch clearer again. That’s not a transformation. It’s better, because it’s true.

02

Or tonight goes like last night.

Same couch. Same scroll. Same feeling at midnight, and the videos are only getting more charming.

The call is $49. The scroll is free. You already know which one is expensive.

Questions People Actually Ask

Is this therapy?

No. I’m not a therapist and this isn’t treatment for anything. It’s a conversation. If you need professional help, please get it, and you can still book a chat.

Is this coaching?

No. There’s no program, no plan, no accountability texts. I’m not going to tell you what to do with your life. I don’t know what you should do with your life. We’re going to talk, and you’ll leave clearer. That’s the entire offer.

What do we actually talk about?

Anything. People bring philosophy, faith, loneliness, their kids, the channel they can’t stop watching, their cousin’s birthday party. There’s no wrong topic. The talking isn’t the point. The connection is.

Why $49?

Because a booked hour with a little skin in the game gets treated like it matters, by both of us. I also do free calls at random on Instagram; follow along and you might catch one.

One hour can’t fix a screen addiction.

Correct. Nothing can. That’s the honest premise of this whole thing. Screens aren’t going anywhere and the technology only gets sweeter. What one hour can do is give you a pinch of clarity today. Then you get another one tomorrow. That’s how this actually works: by inches, together.

Is there something bigger coming?

Yes, a 21-day challenge we run every month with live calls and a real community. The call is how most people find their way in. But the call isn’t a funnel trick; it’s complete on its own. Book it, get your hour, owe nothing.

PS: Everyone wants the hack. The app that blocks the apps, the phone that isn’t a phone, the 30-day system. I’ve tried them all and I own a drawer full of them. There is no hack. There’s connection. That’s the whole discovery, and it cost me twenty years, so take it for $49.

Book the hour. Tell me why you’re here, or don’t, and we’ll figure it out together. Either way, for one hour, we’re not scrolling.

Keep it clear,
Tim
